Philosophy

The phrase “Exceeding Client’ Expectations” describes PCM Construction’s commitment to clients. It is a philosophy and a work ethic that permeates throughout the company—from the CEO to the laborer in the field. PCM’s employees strive to ensure that every customer receives the absolute best the company has to offer. It is just one of the unique qualities that sets PCM Construction apart from its competitors.

Focus

PCM Construction focuses on commercial construction. Simply put, it is what PCM does best. The company’s quality and craftsmanship is on display in hundreds of buildings all around the country—showcasing diligent workmanship and long-term value.

Loyalty

PCM is proud of the fact that its dedicated group of employees has stuck together as a team for as long as 20 years.

Teamwork

PCM Construction’s team approach has proven to be a very rewarding and enriching experience—both internally and externally. Internally, senior project managers capably lead teams that typically include a project manager, assistant project manager and administrative assistant. They pass down their knowledge and expertise to their team members who one day will lead a team of their own. This team approach also provides support to the client—responding to their questions. Externally, PCM views the entire process of bidding and construction as a single-team effort—by the owners, architects, designers and PCM—with the ultimate goal being a long-term satisfying relationship. The customer’s needs define the job, and then PCM integrates the talent, knowledge and skills necessary to produce high-quality work on time and within budget.

Support Staff

PCM Construction has a dedicated staff of project support assistants, estimators and administrative assistants who are critical to the success of every project. By utilizing a software program called Prolog (an information database) they are able to assist the project managers and superintendents by ensuring the specified materials on a project are verified and arrive on schedule. They actually begin the material tracking process the day that a project is awarded. PCM’s support staff tracks long-lead items, and processes submittals and other paperwork such as change order logs, meeting minutes and punch lists that relate to our construction projects.
