Rollin founded PCM in 1992, initially as a provider of facility maintenance services. He has built the firm from a company that provides construction industry services to a full-scale commercial general contractor with projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. Rollin is responsible for overall corporate growth and supervision of the company's various construction services.

Jim Pohopin
President of Northern Virginia Office

Jim directs the day-to-day operations of the company, including the project management, estimating and accounting. He is responsible for formulating plans and policies to achieve overall corporate objectives, while ensuring profitable growth and fulfilling the company’s commitment to the community. Jim has more than 30 years of construction industry experience.

Ralph Moore
Executive Vice President

Ralph directs and oversees the day-to-day activities of his project management team, establishes and implements procedures and organizational structure within the framework of the broader corporate policy. He regularly maintains the status of his projects by frequently communicating with his staff and reviewing daily, weekly and monthly reporting schedules. Ralph has been in the commercial construction industry for more than 20 years.

Stephen Williamson
Vice President – Base Building Construction

Stephen directs and oversees the day-to-day activities of his project management team, establishes and implements procedures and organizational structure within the framework of broader corporate policy. He is responsible for looking ahead and providing good, sound proactive directives that will facilitate smooth execution of his projects. Stephen has worked in the construction industry more than 30 years.
