Construction of this 102,000 - square - foot tilt-up storage facility also encompassed complete infrastructure site work and an integrated truck repair unit for their semis and smaller vehicles. To accomplished this with minimal loss of storage area PCM worked closely with the architect and client during the design phase.

During the project’s development phase, the owner’s program requirements were created, proposals were distributed to various design professionals, the responses reviewed and the preferred architect/engineer and civil engineer were contracted on behalf of the client.
