Shop Drawings and Samples

PCM Construction collaborates with the architect/engineer to implement procedures for expediting the processing and approval of shop drawings and samples.

Reports and Project Site Documents

Complete records are maintained on site including as-built and shop drawings, samples, materials, equipment, maintenance and operating manuals and instructions, and other construction related documents including all revisions. At the completion of the project, they are organized and delivered to the owner as part of the close-out package for the project.

Start-up

PCM instructs the owner’s maintenance personnel in the operation of all systems and equipment. They are assisted in the initial start-up and testing by the trade contractors until all systems are fully operational. Manuals and guarantees are provided to the owner’s maintenance personnel. Service and/or repair warrantees or guarantees are obtained where applicable.

Project Status Reports

PCM generates the following reports from weekly comprehensive status report meetings. Taken together, they form a complete and precise picture of the past, present and anticipated status of all aspects of the project.
